These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the services, platform, and content provided by Neonradar ("we," "us," or "our") at neonradar.sbs. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

By creating an account, accessing any content, or otherwise using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neonradar.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this platform. If you are under the age of majority in your region, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep that information up to date.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your password with any third party and to notify us immediately at support@neonradar.sbs if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users, third parties, or the platform itself.
4. Use of the Platform
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use our platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with us permitting commercial use. You agree to use the platform in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:

- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, its servers, or connected systems

- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform
- Engaging in any conduct that is harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempting to circumvent any content protection or access control measures
- Sharing your account credentials or allowing others to access the platform through your account
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Platform Content
All content available on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, audio, video, quizzes, assessments, course materials, and software, is the property of Neonradar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without our express written permission.
5.2 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, post, or otherwise provide any content through the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
5.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us regarding the platform may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you or maintain confidentiality.
6. Quizzes, Assessments, and Results
Our platform offers interactive quizzes, tests, and gamified learning activities. Results and scores are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional certification, qualification, or accreditation unless explicitly stated. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any assessment for any particular purpose.
You agree not to share quiz answers, circumvent time limits, or otherwise undermine the integrity of assessments offered on the platform.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
7.1 Paid Services
Certain features of the platform may require a paid subscription or one-time payment. All pricing is displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.
7.2 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy. To request a refund, contact us at support@neonradar.sbs. We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we reasonably determine misuse of the refund process.
7.3 Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling before renewal if you do not wish to continue.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. These links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement. We have no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your use of them. Your interactions with third-party services are governed solely by their respective terms and policies.
9. Disclaimers
The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Educational content on the platform is intended for general informational and learning purposes only and does not substitute for professional instruction, advice, or training in any field.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neonradar and its officers, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neonradar and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Modifications to the Platform
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any part thereof.
14. Governing Terms
These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Neonradar with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
